For guests traveling by air, we recommend flying into Birmingham–Shuttlesworth International Airport (BHM), which is the closest major airport and is conveniently located near our hotel block and wedding events.

To allow all guests to fully relax and enjoy the evening, our ceremony and reception will be adults only.

October in Central Alabama is typically mild to cool, with daytime highs in the 60s–70s and cooler evenings. It’s often one of the drier months, but weather can be unpredictable—please check forecasts as the date approaches and plan to layer for comfort.

We will provide shuttle service between the Grand Bohemian Hotel (Mountain Brook) and The Aloft Hotel (Homewood) to and from the ceremony and reception in Pelham. Exact pickup/return times and shuttle locations will be posted closer to the wedding.

We kindly ask guests to refrain from using phones or cameras during the ceremony so everyone can be fully present and our photographer can capture the moment. Please feel free to take photos and share memories during the reception.

There will be light hors d’oeuvres served at the Welcome Party. We recommend securing a dinner reservation either before or after the party to ensure you have a full meal.
